We are delighted to announce the release of our latest products. HitecWeather Deluxe and HitecWeather USB are precision digital cloud sensors. The deluxe version includes rain sensing and both are highly configurable to meet the needs of both astronomers and indeed anyone interested in monitoring local weather conditions. 
We will have more details and some pictures shortly. However just to whet your appetite, here is a feature description document describing the two products, their features and highlighting why these two products have a very different focus. Software and documentation is available in our support section.

Hitecastro are delighted to announce the release of our latest product. FocusMaster is a high quality digital focus controller for stepper motor based focusers. FocusMaster includes inbuilt temperature compensation. An external temperature sensing probe is included. Also included is comprehensive operating software, and ASCOM 6 compliant driver and full documentation. All of this is available for download from our support area. We have extensively tested the autofocus ability of this unit and we find that FocusMaster is capable of autofocusing even an F/11 14" SCT right to the limit of the seeing conditions (using free FocusMax software). We are very excited about this product and we hope you will be too.

- Simple install. Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 will automatically recognise it and install a base driver.
- ASCOM driver allows USB Guider to be used by any software package which can leverage the ASCOM standard for guiding.
- All outputs are optically isolated to ensure that your mount and PC do not interfere with each other.
- A diagnostic mode allows you to see what the device is actually doing this can be used by you as part of the diagnostic process for autoguiding.
- Includes a 2m ST4 compatible. Manual and ASCOM driver are now downloadable
Our exhaustive testing process have shown this device to be very stable and accurate.
This product is now available from Hitecastro dealers.

Hitecastro Synguider Power Supply
A stable regulated switched mode power supply for the suitable for the Skywatcher Synguider.
Skywatcher's new synguider offers users a stand alone autoguiding solution for autoguiding without the use of a laptop.
Power supply requirements for this unit must be rigidly adhered to therefore we have developed a small unit perfectly suited to powering this device.
- 6v Switched mode output meets the requirements perfectly.
- Our unit provides a steady reliable supply from any 12vDC source.
- Supplied with cabling and a cigar plug for connection to your 12V DC power supply.
- Will not cause interference with other devices (e.g. CCD camera.)
